Kids group yoga & mindfulness class

We’re beyond excited to invite you and your little ones to our super fun, yoga class at Self Sacred, just for ages 3 to 7! 🎉.

In this special class, we're introducing our amazing new yoga teacher, Vedi. The class goal will be focusing on community, the importance of working together, giving back, and kindness. Also, how it affects our bodys and our brain! Through awesome games, cool art activities, and fun yoga moves, literacy, and breathing exercises , your kiddos will get to understand these concepts, learn about themselves and feel their best.

Vedi will introduce different ways to work together, show kindess and how to give back to ourselves and others that your children can apply at home and on their own.
