We’re beyond excited to invite your little ones to our super fun, first-ever kids’ yoga class at Self Sacred, just for ages 3 to 7! And guess what? It’s totally FREE! ?

In this special class, we're introducing our amazing new yoga teacher, Vedi. The class goal will be focusing on helping kids shake off body tension in the most playful way. Through awesome games, cool art activities, and fun yoga moves, your kiddos will get to release any tightness and feel their best. Vedi will also introduce different ways to release tension due to hard feelings that children can apply at home and on their own.

With only 6 spots available, it’s the perfect chance for them to stretch, move, and have a blast while discovering how to relax their bodies. Get ready for a morning full of laughter, creativity, and feel-good fun! Don’t miss out! ?
