REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. ACCEPTING WALK-INS, THE DAY OF. SCHEDULES WILL BE PREASSIGNED.
This free educational program is open to any student in grades 6 through 8. Students must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited; advanced registration is required and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Kids in Grades 6 Through 8: Join medical and health sciences students and professionals for fun, hands-on medical simulations and science experiences, and learn how you can make a difference in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) careers.
Adults: Join University of Iowa experts and discuss current adolescent health topics and academic preparation for your student. Please review this information prior to completing the registration.
You will be asked to complete information for the adult/chaperone attending with the student plus one additional adult if desired. If you have more than one student attending you will be required to complete this form for each student. We recommend that you complete this registration with your student, so they're able to select sessions that best suit their interests. Below, a complete list of sessions is available to download and print. The student has the opportunity to select four different sessions. Please note that availability of each session is first-come, first-served and all session selections will be final.
Important notice: In accordance with University of Iowa Risk Management Policy, and to ensure the safety of your child, an adult is required to accompany each student. This is not a drop off program. Students must be in 6, 7, or 8th grade.
