In Week 4 of our Kids Flower Journey Camp, children will explore emotions, mindfulness, and self-expression through beautiful flower-based crafts designed to help them slow down, reflect, and feel confident in who they are.

This week blends creativity with gentle moments of reflection—helping kids express their feelings, build confidence, and create meaningful keepsakes they’ll truly connect with.

Week 4 Theme: CREATE & REFLECT – Flower, Feelings & Mindfulness

Each day is thoughtfully designed to help kids connect feelings with creativity:

Day 1 (Monday):

Create an emotion flower wheel

Day 2 (Tuesday):

Design a calming flower mandala

Day 3 (Wednesday):

Make a gratitude jar with dried flowers

Day 4 (Thursday):

Create an intention flower charm or sachet
