About our Flexibility & Balance Instructor:
Goulia Rozyeva is a world-renowned artist and coach. She began her career as a gymnast, and sport acrobat competing in national and international competitions under the coaching of one of the best teachers in the world of gymnastics Oleg Ostapenko, After achieving elite level in both sports she became a circus artist. Over 30 years long successful career as a circus artist alone with her husband performing hand balancing duo act, traveling internationally, and appearing on TV and still hasn’t stopped growing!
Goulia finds her passion in coaching children.
She first started coaching over 35 years ago when she was studying at the Institute of Physical Education to become a gymnastics and sports acrobatics coach.
Goulia’s daughter Alexandra Pivaral- Sasha is a world-renowned hand balancer, contortionist, and hula hoop artist.
Giulia coached Sasha and in the process created her own style in balancing and contortion that was recognized by the best contortion and hand-balancing schools around the world.
Sasha won the highest prizes in 8 international circus festivals including the most prestigious “Monte Carlo.”
Goulia strongly believes that coaching is about understanding children, teaching them in a process of practicing human values, preparing children for future success in life, and leading by example with passion and dignity.

2004-2005, 2013 -Circus artist at “Jubilee “ Ballys, Las Vegas
1998-2005 -Coach all levels at Gymcats gymnastics
2005-present circus performer freelance
2012- Circus artist at Circus Circus Las Vegas
2017- present - Circus performer at Circus Circus Reno with hand 2 hand act

About our Latin Intro & Urban HipHop instructor:
Joanna Guevara is 29 years old. Born and raised in Reno Nevada. Has been dancing for 21 years and teaching for 14 years. She grew up with family influences that made her fall in love with Latin Music and Dances. She is also a HipHop Culture Enthusiast who specializes in Urban HipHop Dancing. Joanna's favorite time on the dance floor is in Social Events or in All-Style Dance Battles!
Kids Latin Intro
In this fun culturally enriched class, Students will learn the very basic steps and essential movements to introduce them to a handful of Latin dances. They will also learn about the instruments and how they differentiate in all the styles of Latin music.
Kids Urban HipHop Intro
"Hip-hop" is an umbrella term often misused in many dance studios. TLDC's Urban Hip-Hop class will teach kids the many dance styles that fall under that umbrella term. This class will prepare kids for fun dance battles by equipping them with movement, styling, and musicality.
