It’s Earth Day! ?Connect to Mother Earth with yoga ?♂️ Come have fun, use your imagination and move your body!!Brought to you by Getting Ground-Ed Mindfulness Community, this 30-minute class is geared toward 3-7 year olds, but all ages welcome (including infants). Your little yogi will strengthen their body through age appropriate yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques.
Parent must stay in the building for the duration of class! Cost is $5 per child. When signing up children, you can create a child account for them in Momence and then enroll them in the class. Message or call us with any questions!
