On May 17th, 2025 across America thousands of families will be attending and participating in this health movement. Mayor Skoog has declared Kids Day America an official day in Overland Park and is committed to helping families live healthier lives and stay safe in today's world.You won't want to miss this free health, safety and environmental awareness event! Come join us for fun, and walk away with many resources to help keep your kids healthy, happy, and safe. There will be bounce houses, kids agility courses, free health screening from many healthcare practitioners, free acupuncture, tons of resources from water safety, mold/radon, health and nutrition, counseling and mental health, ADHD awareness info and more.
JOCO Sheriffs will be doing internet safety as well as their crime scene unit providing finger pint cards for kids while OP fire will make an appearance with their truck! Join us for food trucks and sweet treats along with many high ticket free raffle items you can win that are graciously donated by local businesses in the community.
This event will benefit The Single Mom KC and will be raising awareness and funds to help moms and kids in our community going through a hard time.
