Boise JCPenney Salon is hosting a day of fun before the kids head back to school. Kids cuts are $12.
We will have cotton candy, popcorn, face painting and more. We will also be selling raffle tickets for some great prizes. All proceeds from raffle tickets and snacks will go to the Boys & Girls Club of Ada County.
