Kids CrossFit Competition: Christmas Clash

Come join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and friendly competition at Neuse River CrossFit! Our Christmas Clash event is perfect for kids looking to test their skills and have a blast. Located on Welborn Street in Raleigh, NC, USA, this in-person event promises exciting challenges and a supportive community. The registration fee is 75 dollars per kid and includes a t-shirt. Cash prizes will be awarded. Kids can choose from three divisions: Tiny Tigers, Junior Jaguars, and Powerhouse Panthers based on their age and skill level.

Event 1: 10 minute amrap
100 meter farmers carry (10s, 20s, and 35 dumbbells)
100 meter run
100 meter wall ball carry (10, 14, 20)
Event 2: two separate scores
3 minutes to get max calories on rower machine
1 minute rest
Into: 30 burpees over rower for time (tiny tigers and junior jaguars allowed to step over rower, powerhouse panthers must have two foot take off and landing)
Event 3:
For time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:
Deadlift (35lbs, 75lbs, 105 lbs)
Toes to bar (sit ups for tiny tigers and knees to chest for junior jaguars)
*20 doubles unders after each set (single unders for junior jaguars and plate hops for tiny tigers)
Floater: max tire flips in one minute
(There will be 3 different sized tires)
