A fun and exciting exercise class for children grades 1-8 and their families! This class focuses on teaching young children how to move their bodies and have fun while learning how to exercise properly.
class will include a warm-up, short workout, fun games and a cool down/stretch.
EXP Kids is coached by Kacey Morin.
Kacey is an elementary school teacher, with experience in 1st-4th grade and currently teaching first grade in Leominster. Kacey is CrossFit Kids certified and has an extensive background in athletics and coaching!
