Kids' Community Helpers Yoga

Introducing "Community Helpers Yoga" - a special kids' yoga class that celebrates the everyday heroes in our communities! This heartwarming session is designed to inspire our young yogis by paying homage to the incredible work of firefighters, doctors, teachers, and more. Through engaging yoga poses and mindful activities, children will embody the strength, courage, and compassion of our community helpers. They'll learn the importance of teamwork, kindness, and helping others, all while improving their physical health and emotional well-being.
