Kids Christmas Fit + Flow

Join us for a festive kids Christmas Fit + Flow event on December 22nd from 1-2PM!

Start with a fun Christmas-themed yoga and movement class then head downstairs for holiday coloring, a cozy Christmas movie, and delicious hot chocolate ??‍♀️☕

Note: Although parents do need to be in the room for this event, they do not need to participate in the class!

? Christmas Yoga Itinerary ?

1:00PM – Candy Cane Flow (30 minutes)
Start with a yoga and movement class designed just for kids! We’ll stretch and move through Christmas poses like Reindeer Reach and Snowman Squats where you will see your kids find their strength and balance.

1:30 PM – Santa’s Workshop: Coloring & Cocoa
After yoga, we will head downstairs to the Nourish Wellness Cafe for some coloring and hot cocoa!

? Holiday Movie
Settle in for a family-friendly Christmas movie. Kids are free to continue their coloring while the move is playing.
