Kids Can Cook for Preschoolers & Parents

Join us for our Kids Can Cook for Preschoolers class, where little chefs will enjoy a fun hands-on cooking experience with Mrs. Cristina, while parents get a special session of their own!

While the kids are busy mixing, measuring, and learning in the kitchen, Health Coach Chrissy Carmody will lead a short interactive talk with parents on healthy eating habits, meal ideas for young children, and tips to make nutritious food fun and family-friendly.

It’s a double win: your child learns to love healthy food from the start, and you leave with practical tools to support your family’s wellness at home!
