Kid’s Bootcamp is a movement/workout class for ages 5-10. No parent involvement needed, you may drop them and pick them up after. This is a 45-minute-long activity. Please have the kids wear sneakers and something comfortable, and bring some water. High energy class focused on improving overall fitness, agility, and improving confidence. This class makes working out fun and includes body weight strength training, cardio conditioning, and coordination.
