Kids Summer Jiu-Jitsu Camp – Session 1Looking for a summer activity that builds confidence, discipline, and real self-defense skills?
The MATS Summer Camp is designed to help kids grow physically and mentally in a positive, structured environment.
This program helps kids develop:
-Confidence and resilience
-Focus and patience
-Body awareness and coordination
-Strategic thinking and decision-making
-Respect, discipline, and teamwork
By combining Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, yoga practice, and chess strategy, kids learn how to stay calm, think clearly, and respond intelligently in challenging situations.
Location: The Mats Academy North Richland Hills, Texas
Ages: 8–13 year olds
Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm
No experience needed.
