Kids Basic Skills Spring Break Camp

As PE times at school continue to get cut and as screen time for kids continues to increase at levels never seen before, kids are losing the ability to learn basic movement skills at an early age. This is leading kids to lack confidence to pick up physical activities. We all should be active for life but this mentality and the habits needed are formed at a young age. If your kids aren't active during the crucial years of 8-12, they are more likely to become inactive adults as they grow up.

Every child should develop the five most basic movement skills: Running, Jumping, Throwing, Catching and Kicking.

This camp is designed for kids who haven't had a chance to develop these skills and who feel intimidated to join in on activities with their friends because they feel like they aren't "athletic".

This camp is a week of fun and games designed to teach your child the fundamental building blocks of movement in a fun, interactive way that is encouraging and will help them build confidence in themselves to get active and stay active.
