Happy kids, happy life right! Shemoves' new 4 week Aerial Silks course for children aged 7 to 12 years is fun, physically challenging and confidence building!
Each lesson of the 4 week course is 1 hour long, includes warm ups and stretching before building new Aerial Silks moves and techniques. The course is designed to build strength, increase flexibility and encourage the children to achieve an energetic and elegant series of silk moves and sequences, poses, hangs, holds and a whole lot more! Pre-booking is essential as class sizes capped at 8 children.
