Welcome to Kids & Krystals Summer Camp, a magical and transformative workshop for children aged 4-12 years old, created by STL Health + Wellness and @sarahbankz. This unique summer camp offers a holistic approach to nurturing young minds, bodies, and spirits through a blend of emotional regulation, mindfulness, yoga, breath work, art, community, and crystals.
Camp Highlights:
- Emotional Regulation: Engage in workshops and activities that teach children how to understand and manage their emotions, fostering self-regulation and resilience.
- Mindfulness: Daily practices such as meditation, breathing exercises, and mindful movement to help children stay present, focused, and connected.
- Yoga: Fun and accessible yoga sessions that promote strength, flexibility, and inner harmony through playful poses and relaxation techniques.
- Community: Collaborative activities and team-building exercises that emphasize the importance of empathy, cooperation, and supporting one another.
- Crystals: Explore the fascinating world of crystals, learning about their healing properties and creating crystal jewelry and grids to enhance positivity and balance.
