Join us for a joyful and peaceful Hatha (Gentle) yoga session for families of all ages and levels in the beautiful Shephard's Room at St. John's Lutheran Church in Nazareth. We've created this simple, awesome opportunity for mindfulness, bonding, learning body awareness, improving physical fitness, and teamwork. Kids & Family Yoga has an effective variety of basic poses, breathwork, guided meditation/visualizations, and activities, especially for children. Space is limited so RSVP ASAP via EventBrite!
Families get to practice and learn together, then drift into relaxation and inner peace. You'll leave this supportive class connected to your family members and with a renewed sense of well being.
This is a 45-minute session. Kindly accepting at the event cash Freewill Offering-- suggested amount of $10/adult, $5/child.
