Karma yoga classes are an opportunity for a yoga teacher to pour some energy into their community, providing a positive service to those in the community who have a desire to participate.My 8 year old daughter and I would like to pour some love into your lives, and invite you to join us for some yoga with kids and families in mind.
Summer is upon us, so bring water, wear comfortable clothes and join us in the shade for our classes before the day gets hot!
Please RSVP if you can join us at Tahoe Park. 3501 59th St, Sacramento, CA 95820. We will be closer to the 61st Street side of the park
Social distancing outdoors is 100% possible for this activity. Please bring yoga mats, towels or blankets to create your yoga space for your family on the grass with us. If you have any questions please feel free to post them in the event comments. I am happy to answer them for you and keep everyone on the same page. <3
