Step inside the magic of a beehive and learn all about what makes our incredible bees so special!These classes are aimed at children between 5-10 years old and include:
-Learning about the importance of bees, pollination, honey production, and what goes on inside a hive
-A 3D bee experience
-Honey tasting
-Queen spotting on a live frame of bees
-Dressing up as a beekeeper
-Seeds to plant at home that help support pollinator health in your area.
This class is taught by Comvita beekeeper, Noelani Waters.
Parents/caregivers are free, please one parent/caregiver per family as space is limited.
All proceeds of this class go to support our Harmony Partnership with the charitable trust, For the Love of Bees.
