Any one with a heart condition, unregulated blood sugar, migraines, or has issues going upside down.What to Wear
Comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Please note the following items:
Sleeves are required - this ensures the fabric does not chafe your skin
Jewelry of any kind is not permitted in the hammocks. Please place band aids over piercings.
Avoid clothing with zippers, buttons or dangling straps — anything that can catch or snag on the hammock.
Sticky socks are nice to help you climb the fabric and stop when you touch the floor.
Tie up long hair but don't use sharp hair clips that may tear the silks
What to Bring
A yoga mat
A towel to wipe your hands dry for a better grip

What to Expect
This is a 90 minute beginner workshop dedicated to fun, laughter and exploration of the aerial hammock specifically for kids ages 8 and up!
This guided aerial yoga workshop will allow kids to learn the fundamental techniques of aerial yoga mixed in with aerial arts in a fun and safe environment. The focus is on increasing strength, focus and flexibility while having fun flying in the air!
Parents will sign a waiver for each child during registration. You are welcome to stay and watch during class OR drop off. After class we will have time for the kiddos to show their guardians what they learned & take photos!

Late/Cancellation Policy
Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. Please arrive on time or early.
Late entry IS NOT PERMITTED
If you are unable to attend, please cancel 2 hours before class start time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of class pass or payment made.

Silence & store all electronic devices (if you are on call please advise your instructor)
For yoga classes - please remove shoes upon entry
For the safety of students & integrity of our studio, if you arrive under the influence you will be asked to leave without a refund.
