Kids will learn the importance of breath & finding ease within their own bodies. They will enjoy stretching, spinning, flipping, & striking all kinds of poses while suspended in an aerial yoga hammock. Class time includes basic yoga warm-ups, conditioning games on the silks, instruction of skills & poses in a safe environment. Each session will end with a tranquil period of rest cocooned inside the hammock.Kids Aerial Yoga classes are offered on the last Saturday of every month (excluding holiday weekends) staring in June 2021.
Class time: 1130a-1230p (60 minutes)
Ages: 8-13
