In a beginner aerial lyra class, participants will learn the foundational techniques necessary to safely and gracefully perform on the aerial hoop. This class will cover essential skills such as mounting and dismounting the lyra, understanding proper form and body alignment, and executing basic spins and poses with confidence. Students will also build core strength, flexibility, and coordination while developing their unique artistic expression.
No prior aerial experience is required, making this class accessible for anyone eager to explore the exciting world of aerial arts.
