Kido Windsor Nursery & Preschool Open Day

Our Kido Windsor Nursery & Preschool has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted (June 2021). The purpose-built nursery includes beautifully curated spaces and is equipped with a custom-made all-weather play area. Our students enjoy regular day trips, exploring the park and watching the seasons change, or seeing the famous changing of the guards at Windsor Castle. The iconic scenery that surrounds our Windsor nursery is sure to inspire your children.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, 51 weeks a year to serve the needs of all families.

We are an international group of nurseries using best practices from around the world to deliver high-quality early years education and care. Our nurseries are magical and engaging learning spaces infused with cutting-edge pedagogy and great teachers to nurture and enhance every child’s innate curiosity, creativity, and ability to be a lifelong learner.

Our unique program takes the best practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and other classical approaches. We combine them with play-based learning and immersive teaching methods to create the most advanced early childhood education curriculum in the world.

Our STEM programme has been developed to enhance children's knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Our STEM curriculum focuses on the cognitive skills one needs to master technology later on, rather than extensive interaction with screens themselves.

We are incorporating Claire Warden's floor book approach as this supports the children in being part of their own development, helping them to document and create their own findings.
