Kickstart Your Health Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class

Kickstart Your Health is a 7-week course that will support you in achieving your goals of a healthy weight, lower cholesterol, healthy blood pressure and a feeling of vitality that only good food can give you. You will not count calories and will eat from all food groups. Whether you want to dip your toes in or jump in with both feet I will help you meet your goals. Each class is from the award-winning Physicians for Responsible Medicine Food for Life series. Evidenced based nutrition is taught and we will taste three recipes at each class. Cost includes all tastings and handouts.
