Support those New Year's Resolutions! Kickstart Your Health: The Power of Healthy Weight Managment.
Join us each Monday night to learn the power of choosing whole foods to lose or maintain a healthy weight. No counting calories and you won't be hungry. Our focus is on choosing healthy foods that not only lead to weight loss but may reduce your blood pressure, lower your cholesterol, and manage your diabetes. We will prepare and taste three recipes each week. Your cost includes tastings, handouts and recipes. Classes can be purchased as a single entity, but you are encouraged to attend the series for the greatest impact.
Single class sessions are $25. Purchase the first 6 classes prior to 1/9/2023 and choose the free ticket for class number 7.
