Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join us for our coaching workshop: Kickstart 2026: A Nurturing Coaching Circle for Carers.

This welcoming coaching circle brings carers together to share conversation, learning and collective wisdom in a relaxed and supportive environment. It’s a space to pause, reflect and reconnect, without pressure or expectations.

Across guided sessions, you will explore practical tools to manage stress enhance your own wellbeing, create time for yourself and gently shape intentions for the year ahead. Grounded in positive psychology, the focus is on creating a realistic and supportive environment to help you reach your personal and caring goals. Expect meaningful conversation and connection with people who truly understand the caring journey.

Morning tea and refreshments will be provided. Please provide details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.
