VENDOR SETUP IS FROM 9AM - 12 PM SHARP!

All vendors will need to park on the helix rooftop parking garage of Huntington Place to load and unload. Unfortunately, trailers and U-haul trucks will not be allowed on the helix\ nor will they fit. If you have a trailer or U-haul would need to find off site parking to load and unload into the building. Some steps may be involved. Loading/unloading in front of Huntington Place is not permitted. Parking fee is $20 for on site parking on the rooftop. You will take elevators from the rooftop parking down to ballroom A. Thank you.
