Kickfit is a high intensity cardio class combining kickboxing, exercise moves, and dance moves into choreographed routines to some of your favorite music.
KickFit classes are open to people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, and no prior dance or kickboxing experience is required. Participants can dance at their own pace and the classes are intended to be judgment-free and encouraging.
