Kick and punch your way through a great workout! At this FREE monthly exercise class, 9Round instructors will lead you in a calorie burning journey like no other. Participants are welcome to bring their own mats, jump ropes, and hand weights but these items are not required to participate.
Classes take place on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at Promenade Park.
