Come out to the plaza on Wednesday, October 30th at 12p to work off that pre-election stress with some punching and kicking! ������
This class will feature kickboxing and fitness movements sure to channel your aggression and get your blood flowing. You will learn technical skills while also experiencing a good all-levels workout taught by a female instructor with 20 years of martial arts training. ������
* Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes--no equipment or experience necessary!
Four Elements Fitness is a mission-driven, non-profit gym.
