Ages 14 & older will participate at Farrell's Bodyshaping at Meadowlane on Saturdays from 10 am to 10:45 am.Down To Box empowers individuals with Down syndrome by offering tools to develop coordination, self-defense, and physical fitness through boxing.
The customized curriculum enhances fine and gross motor skills, promoting physical and mental health while boosting confidence and athletic ability. Weekly classes also serve as a social group, fostering peer engagement and friendships.
