Kick the Sick Immunity Workshop

January 11th from 1-2:30 at the Center for Spiritual Living at 3437 Libby Rd NE Olympia

Kick the Sick is a fun, empowering, in-person workshop designed to help you get sick less often and recover faster by teaching you what your symptoms are actually communicating and how to respond wisely when illness shows up.

Max breaks down how the immune response really works and shares clear, practical strategies he’s refined through years of study and practitioner training. Everything is organized and easy to follow, so you know what to do when you or someone you love starts feeling rundown, without fear or overwhelm.
You’ll leave with:

• A new way of understanding symptoms
• Clear guidance on how to respond early and thoughtfully
• Greater confidence and less stress when sickness appears
• Printed take-home materials so you don’t have to remember everything later
