Selin Bilgin is a speaker, an award winning holistic nutrition consultant, best selling author of the Painless Period Guide, and the founder of Luscious Living: Where Personal Growth Meets Wellness.

She believes that radiant health is a journey of the mind, body and spirit, and she aims to deliver her message of wellness to help create a thriving society.
