Department Convention will kick off with a celebration on Thursday, July 1, 2021.The Kick-Off Party is an annual event brought to you by The American Legion Family: The American Legion, Department of Florida; American Legion Auxiliary; The Sons Of The American Legion; and The American Legion Riders.
This year we will have the added bonus to celebrate the “Bittersweet” Retirement of Department Adjutant, Michael McDaniel. Michael McDaniel, a Marine Corps Veteran, has served as Department of Florida Adjutant for the last fifteen years. We sincerely appreciate his service and dedication. We wish him a long, healthy and relaxing retirement.
The event will be held from 7:00PM – 8:30 PM at the World Center Marriott.
