Khazana - A Festival of Ghazals (Silver Jubilee)

Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA) and the Parents’ Association Thalassemic Unit Trust, Mumbai, are organizing the annual fundraising event “Khazana” – a celebrated festival of Ghazals Celebrating its 25th Anniversary dedicated to supporting cancer patients and thalassemic children.

Twenty-four years ago, the late Padma Bhushan Pankaj Udhas Ji revived Khazana, a highly acclaimed format of Ghazal presentation that was originally introduced in the late 1980s. Over the past twenty- four years, the concerts, hosted at Trident Hotel , Mumbai, have received an overwhelming response and have become a much-awaited cultural and charitable initiative.

This year, Khazana will be held at The Regal Room, Trident Hotel , Nariman Point, Mumbai, on Friday, 24th July 2026, and Saturday, 25th July 2026. The event will be presented over two memorable evenings, bringing together renowned artists and Ghazal enthusiasts for a noble cause.

Khazana 2026 will be dedicated to Asha Bhosle ji and to the legends of Ghazals over the year as well as the cherished memory and extraordinary legacy of Padma Bhushan Pankaj Udhas Ji, whose contribution to Ghazal music and this initiative continues to inspire generations.
