Welcome to the Khaita Joyful Dances Weekend Course & Autumn Celebration!

Join us for a weekend of Dance, Joy, and Community! We are excited to offer our first Khaita Joyful Dances course in Colorado with certified Khaita teacher Katya Kuzmitskaya.

This in-person event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others through the power of movement and music.

Khaita is a project that was created in 2011 by Tibetan Dzogchen Master and Renowned Scholar Choegyal Namkhai Norbu as a method to increase our presence and awareness, experience joy and collaboration, and support Tibetan culture.

The dances we dance are based on modern Tibetan songs and are a way to:
-find joy and presence in our body, energy, and mind
-build connection and collaboration
-experience "Khaita" - "Harmony in Space"

We feel harmony in our movements
hear the sweet melody of the songs
and naturally, our mind relaxes

So we can bring harmony into our daily activities, relationships, and the world
