2-hour kettlebell workshop for beginners to intermediate. Suitable for anyone. Great for at-home users, gym goers, and trainers.Limited to 20 people.
Taco Fleur will cover in the first hour the fundamentals of kettlebell training, the fundamental exercises, how to stay safe, and how to work out with one kettlebell. You'll leave with workouts that you can complete at home, in the gym, or anywhere else.
Taco Fleur will cover more advanced exercises like the snatch, clean and jerk, and how to clean and jerk or snatch unbroken for 30 minutes. You can ditch your running and perform low-impact exercises like these instead for your cardio. If there is time available he will also cover snatch variations and other exciting kettlebell exercises.
Anna Junghans will also be present to provide additional assistance to beginners.
The event will start in the morning, located in the city of Athens, and will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2023.
If there are enough requests for a translator then a Greek trainer will also be present to translate.
