About this Event

P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Kerri Schlottman to celebrate and discuss her new book ; an unforgettable journey through hidden stories, the depths of women’s secrets, the shimmering fluidity of memory, and the magic of transmutation.
Kerri will be joined in conversation by Laura Venita Green, author of . Along with a discussion and audience Q&A, Kerri will also sign copies of her book.

Doors open at 6:30pm with the talk starting closer to 7pm. Come early and grab a drink from the P&T Cafe!

Both tickets and books are available on eventbrite and at the door.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Kerri Schlottman is a writer of literary fiction novels, most recently Tell Me One Thing, which was named a 2025 Storytrade Literary Fiction Finalist, a two-time 2024 PenCraft Fiction Award Winner, a 2023 American Book Fest Best Literary Fiction Book Finalist, and a Shelf Awareness Best Book This Week. Her next novel Daytime Moon is forthcoming with Unnamed Press in May 2026. Kerri works to support artists, performers, and writers in creating new projects, and is also an adjunct graduate professor in arts administration at NYU. She works in NYC and lives in Jersey City.

ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Laura Venita Green is a writer and translator with an MFA from Columbia University, where she was an undergraduate teaching fellow. Her fiction won the Story Foundation Prize, received a Pushcart Prize Special Mention, and appears in The Missouri Review, Story, Joyland, Fatal Flaw, and translated to Italian in Spazinclusi. Her translations appear in World Literature Today and The Apple Valley Review. Born in San Angelo, TX, she's lived in New Orleans and now lives with her husband in New York City. Sister Creatures is her debut novel.

  • This is a ticketed in-store event with limited amphitheater-style seating.
  • Doors open at 6:30pm, with the talk starting around 7:00pm.
  • Books will be available for purchase at the event.
  • Cost of a book bundle ticket reflects the total cost of the feature event book (MSRP plus tax). Each book bundle ticket guarantees ticket holders one (1) copy of the feature event book.
  • The talk will be followed by a book signing. Books signed at P&T Knitwear events must be purchased from P&T Knitwear.
  • If you would like a signed copy and cannot attend the event, we're happy to take your pre-order. We ship most places!
