🏊♀️ 200-yard swim (8 lengths of the pool)
🚴♀️ 30-minute guided cycle class with hills, drills, sprints and fun music!
🏃♀️ 20-minute treadmill or elliptical run
Registration Fee: $25
*includes a t-shirt if you register by January 22!
