We at Building Lives Through Sports Network in conjunction with Perform To Perfection Academy, INC would like to invite you and your student-athlete(s) to participate in the annual Kentuckiana College Camp Tour.

Cost:

• Parent/Guardian/Coach Tuition: $200 (Early Bird Rate)
• $400 (Week Of Rate)
• Tuition includes transportation, lodging and entertainment.

• Student-Athlete Full Tuition: $450 (Early Bird Rate)
• $700 (Week Of Rate)
• Tuition includes transportation, lodging, meals, travel attire and entertainment.

THIS CAMP TOUR IS OPEN TO ALL PROSPECTS IN THE CLASS OF 2025-2030.

• Football helmet
• Travel attire
• Athletic attire (Shorts sweats gloves...etc)
• Linen
• PPE (Optional)
• Quarterbacks MUST bring their own ball

• MOST CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT
• Sportsmanship
• Discipline
