A Guggenheim Fellow, Grammy-nominated composer, and one of jazz's most influential pianists, Kenny Werner has spent decades captivating audiences with his lyrical improvisation, fearless creativity, and deeply expressive touch. Equally renowned as the author of Effortless Mastery, Werner has inspired generations of musicians through both his artistry and philosophy of music.
Joining him is Boston's own Jerry Leake, an internationally acclaimed percussionist, composer, and educator whose mastery spans Indian tabla, African percussion, frame drums, vibraphone, and countless rhythmic traditions from around the world. A longtime faculty member at Berklee College of Music and the New England Conservatory, Leake brings extraordinary rhythmic depth and imagination to every performance.
