Kennedy Taylor and The Electric Pancakes, an alternative pop band based out of Honolulu, Hawai'i, are a young, up-and-coming band that bring a fresh vibe and sound to the music scene. The band formed in 2019 and consists of Kennedy Taylor (17) on lead vocals and keys, Timothy (21) on bass guitar, Sebastian (21) on electric guitar, and Royce (20) on drums. They have performed in East Asia at music festivals, as well as local venues here in Hawai’i. Their first original song, "Crystal Eyes," was released this summer, July 4, 2021, and their complete EP will be out by September 19th on all major streaming platforms.Their influences pull from an eclectic mix of styles from Jazz, R&B, Classic Rock, Pop, and Alternative. They are inspired by artists and bands such as Bruno Mars, 1975, Sezairi, Queen, David Bowie, Journey, Etta James, and Toto, to name a few. Kennedy Taylor and the Electric Pancakes are excited to share their music, style, and Aloha to the world.
