Join us on May 4th at Max Taps as we honor Kendrick Castillo, whose selfless act on May 7th, 2019, at Highlands Ranch STEM school, touched our hearts and left an indelible mark on our community. Kendrick’s bravery embodies the spirit of heroism, and we invite you to celebrate his life and legacy with us.
At our special event, you can savor Kendrick’s Honey Orange Hefeweizen, a brew crafted with love by Kendrick’s parents John and Maria and our friends at @strangecraftbeer, a heartfelt tribute to Kendrick’s vibrant spirit and unwavering bravery. With each sip, let us raise a toast to his memory and the incredible sacrifice he made to protect others.
Moreover, this year, a portion of the proceeds from Kendrick’s Ale sales will contribute to renaming Lucent to Kendrick Castillo Way—a meaningful endeavor to ensure that his legacy continues to shine bright in our community.
As we come together to honor Kendrick, we're also hosting raffle giveaways to further support this important cause. Stand a chance to win coveted prizes like 2 Great American Beerfest Tickets or a kegerator and beer fridge combo. There will also be limited commemorative shirts made by Tongue Tied Design. It’s our way of bringing the community together to remember and celebrate Kendrick’s extraordinary life.
