Ken Watters and Ingrid Felts at The Note

This newly formed jazz quintet features legendary trumpeter Ken Watters, and legendary vocalist Ingrid Felts, (Watters Felts Project, Summit Records) whose musical roots extend from the Northeast to a celebrated career throughout the South. They are joined by world-renowned Tuscaloosa guitarist Tom Wolfe, a former Kennedy Center/USIA Jazz Ambassador; Birmingham bassist Aaron Goldberg; and Tuscaloosa drummer Jack Vogt. Together, these five accomplished musicians bring decades of experience, distinctive voices and a shared passion for the spontaneity, swing and improvisation of great small-group jazz.
