Kenneth Fobs is a baritone vocalist, who combines his love of music and theatre as he continues to make his mark as a “new” small fish in the large pond of the Chicago music scene. Winner of the 2024 Chicago Cabaret Professionals Emerging Artists Showcase, along with appearances at the DuSable Museum, Epiphany Center for the Arts, Rhapsody Theatre, Gateway Lounge, Chef O’Neills, The ETA Theatre, and Don’t Tell Mama’s (in New York), Kenneth is pushing hard to establish himself in his hometown of Chicago.
Kenneth’s style is influenced by vocal masters including; Johnny Hartman, Joe Williams, Lou Rawls, Frank Sinatra, King Pleasure, Sammy Davis Junior, Carmen McRae, and Ella Fitzgerald, just to name a few. Come join him for another wonderful journey through the timeless music that inspires life and love in his upcoming 5th performance at the Epiphany Center for the Arts, on Sunday, November 8th (@ 6:00pm).
