Kickoff St. Paddy's weekend with us by enjoying a 4-course beer brunch in the Bier Keller!

We'll be cooking up a feast for this celebration of the Irish! Each course will be paired with one of our special release beers in this guided tasting in our underground barrel-aging cellar.

Four-Course Menu

• First Course: Smoked Salmon Crostini - thinly sliced, smoked Atlantic salmon topped with chopped capers, diced pickeld red onions, over dill-infused Japanese mayo
• Veg Option: Celementine and Cucumber Salad - fresh mixed greens, English cucumber, ripe clementine, crumbled goat cheese, and honey balsamic vinaigrette
• Second Course: Potato Pancakes - baked potato pancakes with cripsy bacon bits, garlic aioli, and herbs
• Veg Option: Potato Pancakes - baked potato pancakes with garlic aioli and herbs
• Third Course: Pot Roast and Root Vegetables - slow cooked beef pot roast paired with roasted sweet potatoes, parsnips, kale, carrots, and house made au jus
• Veg Option: Grilled Cauliflower with Roasted Vegetables - grilled cauliflower steak basted in garlic oil, paired with roasted sweet potatoes, parsnips, kale, carrots
• Fourth Course: Irish Cream Cheesecake - Irish cream liquor flavored cheesecake with a cookie crust and Irish cream infused chocolate mousse
