Diabetes is the leading cause of vision loss among adults ages 18 to 64. But the good news is, vision loss is often preventable. This program will help you take charge of your eye health and spread awareness about diabetes-related vision loss. This program is open to everyone who wants to make a difference—for themselves and their community.
