Join us for a 8-week class series focused on lowering the risk for high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke.
About this Event

This 8-part series will help provide a connection between lifestyle habits and high blood pressure risk, strategies to improve eating patterns and increase physical activity, actionabale tips for making healthy choices part of daily routines, build confidence and motivation to sustain lifestyle chanes and access to tools and resources.

Each class includes a lecture, a recipe demonstration and sampling. Space is limited, advance registration required.

Class will take place from 2-3:30 p.m. each session. Series dates are: February 12, 19, 26, March 5,12,19, 26, and April 2. Classes will take place at the Lake County UF/IFAS Extension Center, 1951 Woodlea Rd, Tavares.
